Two years ago we were invited by friends to see live music at the Sea Level in Newburyport. We were introduced to Francoix Simard who entertained the crowd for two hours. We were blown away by Francoix's talent, his love for creating music, his joie de vivre, and his ability to keep his crowd dancing and singing. Francoix has a diverse collection of songs, from ones that he wrote, to cover songs from all different genres. Michael Jackson, Pink Floyd, Chris Isaac, Van Morrison, Prince, Billy Joel, Chris Stapleton, and so many others. Not only is Francoix a talented musician, he is genuine and professional. Although he is a solo acoustic guitar player, Francoix has the talent of mixing guitar, percussion, and voice, creating the sound of a whole band. We were so impressed with Francoix's magnetic personality and massive talent, that we hired him to play at our wedding. We have seen Francoix perform at other venues since the first night we met him, and we cannot wait to have him play at our 2021 wedding reception! Francoix is the consummate performer! He is not only immensely talented as a musician and vocalist, he knows how to connect and engage with his audience! You may be thinking....but he is just one guy.... I can assure you, he is every bit as grand a presence as any 4 -5 piece band! I used this magnetic performer just a few weeks ago at my outdoor reception, and every single person was charmed, energized and absolutely over the top in their praise of Francoix, his musical selections, his ability to get the crowd moving and literally, the fun vibe went through the roof! We had the pleasure of hiring Francoix for our wedding. He was professional, dependable, and delightful. Not only is he a talented musician, he is a wonderful entertainer - he got the party started!
